Roasted red peppers are definitely needed to give this recipe some boost. Perhaps an error in the recipe printed here?

THANKS. I did read that prior to my first post. I love roasted red peps!!

I was wondering the same thing about the red thing

Hi there! It was roasted red pepper for garnish!

This dip looks like a great appetizer for chopped vegetable, chips, and crackers. I will make this for a family picnic and have a platter of chopped vegetables available to dip. I love creamy and cheesy dips/ spreads. Good thing I'm shopping tomorrow to pick up what I need to make this dip.

What else is in the dip that is RED

The red in the picture is chopped roasted red pepper we used to garnish.

What is the red that I see in the picture???
