What You'll Need

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups picante sauce
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pinto or black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips

What to Do

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onions; drain the liquid. Add the picante sauce, beans, and chili powder; bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
