Salad Bread
1 (10-inch) ring
40 Min

We've taken canned biscuits and laced them with bits of chopped veggies and shredded cheese for a pull-apart bread that's almost a meal in itself.

What You'll Need:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 (12-ounce) cans flaky biscuits
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery and cook until tender, stirring often. Allow veggie mixture to cool slightly.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters. In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces, veggie mixture, and cheese until well combined. Place in prepared Bundt pan.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan 10 minutes; invert onto a serving platter, and serve immediately.

Thanks for your comment. Don't forget to share!

Made this but ended up tossing most of it. It was kind of gummy and the vegetables really didn't come through. Maybe with more vegies and cheese on top but I probably won't mess with it again. A VERY RARE fail from this site.

Looks different but interesting. I will give it a try!!! Maybe next weekend when company comes. I have never had a problem with trying new recipes on people.
