What You'll Need
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 small banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
What to Do
- Process all ingredients in container of an electric blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
If you're watching your waistline, just substitute fat-free milk for regular milk, ice milk or frozen yogurt for ice cream, and reduced-fat peanut butter spread for the peanut butter. You'll still get that creamy peanut butter taste in every sip!
