Our Powerhouse Avocado Smoothie is lightly sweetened with fresh fruit, honey, and yogurt, and features a nutritious, superstar ingredient: avocado. This smoothie won't just put a smile on your face, it'll get you excited about starting your day!
What You'll Need
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and cut into chunks
- 1 pear, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
What to Do
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

I never even thought of making this. I do get them at my favorite Pho eatery though. It never occurred to me how easy it might be to make. This would be an awesome breakfast smoothie too. Full of good fats and fruit! Avocados just went on my grocery list!
