Are these cookies hard and dry. So many cookie recipes with oatmeal wind up being dry instead of soft.?

Hi there! These cookies are not hard, however the Test Kitchen says that you can under cook them by a minute or two and they will stay soft after they cool. Enjoy!

Just made these cookies today. Didn't have a Spice Cake mix but used White Cake mix and added ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice. I used a fork dipped in sugar to flatten the cookies and made them bigger than instructed. The cookies were excellent. My husband and I recommend this recipe. Yum!

These are by far the worst cookies I have ever tasted. What a waste of money on all those ingredients. Plus it's really hard to mix. SUCKS!

How do I cancel???
