Why do we call 'em The Four C's Cookies? It's 'cause these cookies are Crispy, Chewy, and loaded with Chocolate Chips! It's sure to be one of your favorite homemade chocolate chip cookie recipes!

What You'll Need

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Beat in flour mixture, then stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden. Cool 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
