My mom used to make goulash growing up, but I had no idea there were so many different ways of making it. The one that is closest to her is the Easy One-Pot Goulash. Brings back great memories every time I make it for my own family.

The Tex-Mex Goulash looks delish. Definitely going to start there.

In Boston we call it American Chop Suey. I make it like my mother, with hambuger, elbow macaroni and a couple cans of stewed tomatoes that has peppers, onions and celery. We pass the parmesan around the table for those who want it.

I love an easy goulash recipe and these are definitely going to be on my table soon!

Goulash is one of my family's favorite dishes, but I'm a bit tired of the recipe I always use. I can't wait to try one of these instead!
