What You'll Need

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Broccoli isn't a family favorite, but I've made similar dishes with asparagus or spinach (fresh or frozen, drained and patted dry). Makes a nice balance.

Can you make this the night before and refrigerate it, then cook in the morning?

Hi there! The Test Kitchen has not tried this, but believes you can do this. Enjoy!

Sounds really good and will make it sometime soon!!!
