Chocolate combined with peanut butter is one of the most popular dessert pairings. If it's one of your favorites, you'll be in heaven with our Frozen Peanut Butter Squares.

What You'll Need

  • 3 cups finely crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies (about 30 cookies) (see Tip)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (3.29-ounce) king-sized Snickers candy bar, coarsely crushed

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter; mix well. Press into bottom of a 9- x 13-inch baking dish; set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter, and beat until thoroughly mixed.

  3. Spoon peanut butter mixture evenly into cookie crust. Sprinkle chopped candy on top, cover, and freeze at least 4 hours before serving.

Timesaving Tip

  • A quick trick for the cookies is to place them in a resealable plastic storage bag and use a can or other hard object to finely crush them. It's easy, and there's no mess!

Omg...I'm not now nor have I ever been a big chocolate eater but would totally make an exception for this treasure of a dessert. I can't get over how amazing the ingredients in this recipe all sounds together...Snickers check, Peanut butter double check, Oreos... Supercalifragilistic check. (I think that's how you spell it...lol) This is seriously like five snacks in one...I'm so excited to make this, I can't stand myself!

Use "pulse" on the blender to crush the cookies. Not too many at a time or you cannot control how course they are. Much easier than a bag and rolling pin.

I can't wait to try it with extra crunchy peanut butter!

OMG!!! I can feel the calories already

I made this dessert a few days ago. It is a very rich dessert, but very good. I think it taste even better after a couple days in the freezer. A nice peanut butter flavor and I used crunchy peanut butter too.
