is it possible to cook these ahead of time then store and reheat later?

We do not recommend cooking this dish in the microwave and then reheating later. However, if you'd like to have it ready to go, you can put the dish together, refrigerate, and cook when you're ready to eat, since it takes just a short amount of time!
