Blueberry and Orange Yogurt Parfaits

It takes just three healthy ingredients to build these luscious Blueberry and Orange Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits. Our easy blueberry parfait recipe is the perfect breakfast or midday snack you can feel good about.

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup granola
  • 3 (5-ounce) cartons low-fat orange yogurt
  • 4 cups fresh Chilean blueberries
  • Orange zest for garnish

What to Do

  1. Divide and layer ingredients into four glasses, starting with granola then blueberries then yogurt; repeat layers.
     
  2. Garnish with fresh orange zest.

This is perfect for breakfast, snacks or basically any time of the day...and it's so pretty to look at you almost hate to eat it. I've tried lemon with blueberries before but never orange, that sounds like an interesting combination though. Personally, I prefer plain Greek yogurt for something like this because then the only sugar in it is from the fruit or granola. Mandarin orange segments would be amazing in this as well!

Blueberry and Orange is a fantastic combination. I can't wait to try this!

I love this parfait. The orange yogurt goes so well with the blueberries. Very filling also.
