  • 1/2 cup frozen petite green peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup prepared cucumber Ranch-style dressing
  • 1/2 cup seeded, chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
