i will make this for a potluck. no way can it stay in the house! Looks so good but has too much sugar so I'll share it!

I love this Ambrosia pie! My whole family went crazy over this recipe the pie was gone in one night. Next time I need to make two so I can freeze one. I love the way it taste like homemade ice cream when frozen. This recipe is so easy to whip up, I keep a bag of toasted coconut in the freezer just to have on hand. I will be making this one over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe that is now a family favorite.

Made this with bottled key lime juice instead of lemon...Marvelous!

It says toasted coconut. How do you toast it? For how long in the oven. Or can you buy toasted coconut?

You can toast coconut on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Make sure to watch it carefully because once it starts to brown, it browns fast. Enjoy!

why did you change 1/2 cup 1/4 cup 0.33cup
