Make your own Homemade Graham Cracker Pie Crust easily with our 4-ingredient recipe that tastes bakery fresh.
What You'll Need
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
What to Do

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon; add butter then mix well.

Press mixture firmly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before filling.

my graham cracker crusts are always chewy. Does that mean I over cook them?

Over baking would actually make the crust dry and crumbly. We've never heard of crust getting chewy, so unfortunately we can't help in this instance.

Joanne45 - who's pie crust are you trying to get?? -- i'd appreciate to try anything - I am not good at making crusts - i should hsve watched my grandmother make her crusts w/lard - they were to die for!!!

Recipe for Graham Cracker Pie crust is great. I do have a question is there a way to keep the crust from breaking up while trying to serve. My crust just fell apart while getting it out of pie pan no matter how gentle I was.
