quick and easy instruction video. Fantastic!

I need to cook 2....would I just double the cooking time? Thanks

Hi there! If you would like to make 2 of these, you do not need to double the cooking time. The Test Kitchen recommends cooking for the 25-30 minutes, or to desired doneness. You may need to add 5 minutes to the overall cooking time. Enjoy!

Very tasty and easy to make!

Is this cooked uncovered?

Yes, the pork is cooked uncovered. Enjoy!

Gravy Master, found in the gravy section of the market, comes in a 2 oz bottle, is probably what they are referring to

Browning and seasoning sauce is sold under the brand name of Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet. It is a thick brown seasoning and adds color and flavor to gravies and sauces. Almost all grocery sell it under one name or the other. Look for small brown glass bottles. Hope that helped =)

What is browning and seasoning sauce? Is there a brand name I can look for?

If you have ground sage on hand rather than rubbed sage, would you use the same measurement or adjust because it's finer?

Hi there! For this recipe, you can use the same measurement. Enjoy!

Many thanks!
