I have a real problem with cooks who use chicken broth or base when cooking Turkey. I always purchase extra turkey legs or even just ground turkey and make a broth to use in stuffing or the gravy. I want my Turkey dinner to taste like Turkey..........not Chicken. Happy Thanksgiving all.
