What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve.
