Our slightly sweet, slightly tart dressing offers a refreshing change tossed with mixed greens or drizzled over main dishes and steamed veggies. It makes plain coleslaw and fruit salad exciting. Why, Coconut Cream Dressing jazzes up everything!
What You'll Need
- 1 (8.5-ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 (0.7-ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve, or chill until ready to serve.
Makes about 1 cup dressing.

An easy and delicious dressing. First had this on cole slaw at a fancy suchi restaurant. Add some poppy seeds for extra goodness. My family loves it...
