At one time or another, we've all fallen into the bottled salad dressing rut and wished for a fresh flavor to drizzle on our greens or toss with our tomatoes. Why not make your own dressing? I always do! It's easy, tasty, and inexpensive, too!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk until smooth. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
Makes about 1 cup dressing.

Most of us agree that it's the homemade Asian-style dressing that really makes this recipe amazing, but we'll leave it up to you to be the judge!
