Sweet and Tangy Salad Dressing

Wouldn't you say a salad is all about the dressing? Well, we would and this Sweet and Tangy Salad Dressing makes every last bite of your salad F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup hot ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
What to Do
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove and discard garlic. Store dressing in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Serve dressing over salad greens.
Sugar gives this dressing its sweetness, and hot ketchup its pizzazz! If you don't have hot ketchup, splash a little hot sauce into regular ketchup to your liking!
