Reindeer Munchies

Elves of all ages will love snacking on Reindeer Munchies. We called it that, 'cause we heard it from a reliable source that reindeer love to sneak bites of this sweet and salty chocolatey mix when Santa isn't looking!

What You'll Need

  • 4 cups honey graham cracker cereal
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chocolate toffee bits
  • 12 ounces chocolate almond bark

What to Do

  1. Line a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with wax paper. In a large bowl stir together the cereal, pretzels, and toffee bits.
  2. Melt the almond bark according to package directions. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until everything is completely covered.
  3. Press the mixture into prepared baking dish, let cool completely. Break into chunks and store in a tightly sealed container.

To heck with the reindeer, I am saving this for myself. Wow! This sounds like a sweet treat to top that chex mix recipe. Don't get me wrong I love that type of mix but this is for the darker side, my chocolate side. I know I will not be waiting for winter to try this.

It is amazing that you can take four simply ingredients and create something that sounds this yummy. I can guarantee that if I had the almond bark I would be making this reindeer munchies snack today. Don't worry though, I just asked google to add it to my shopping list.
