Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

What's more fun than carving a pumpkin for Halloween? Roasting the seeds in the oven for a delicious seasonal snack! We love this spicy version, but feel free to play with the flavors and spices you like.

What You'll Need:
  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
     
  2. In a bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with melted butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until evenly coated.
     
  3. Spread seeds in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until seeds are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
