What You'll Need

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup rose or dry white wine
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream

What to Do

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  2. Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into serving bowls. Garnish with fresh raspberries or lime slices, if desired.

The beauty of this quickie soup is that you can change up the berry to suit the season. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries - they all taste great!
