Easy Corn and Crabmeat Soup

What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat, drained
- 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
What to Do
In a large heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes.
