Speedy Bean Soup

Just because we love soup, doesn't mean we want to spend hours in the kitchen making soup, so here's an extra-quick-as-can-be one that will have 'em saying "You couldn't have made it - you were only in the kitchen a few minutes!"

What You'll Need

  • 2 (16-ounce) cans navy beans, undrained
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (16-ounce) container salsa
  • 1 (15-1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 3/4 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

What to Do

  1. In a soup pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.


How do you like it - mild or spicy? It's easy to adjust each potful by using different temperature of salsas. Just make this with whichever one your family likes.
