This was added to your Recipe Box.
No husking and no messy cleanup - just a rich, buttery herb taste for good old-fashioned eating.
What You'll Need
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (6 small ears) package frozen corn on the cob, cooked according to the package directions
What to Do
In a small bowl, combine butter, dill, and garlic; mix well. Spread over cooked corn and serve.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and if you don't have any fresh dill on hand, don't worry - almost any fresh or dried herb can be used.
