So easy and tasty. Since we don't like walnuts we use either chopped peanuts or almonds

Since graham crackers aren't sold in Australia, what would be a good substitute?

This recipe sounds soo good! But, I am only cooking for one. Would an 8X8 inch pan work if the ingredients were cut in half?

Yes, you can cut the ingredients in half and bake it in a 8 x 8-inch pan. We would suggest adding 5 to 10 minutes to the baking time. Thank you for your question and enjoy!
