This was super, my husband said better than steaks he ate out. Added a little more cream, and I to used chives and took tales off. Used Montreal steak seasoning. Will make again for sure. Its in my recipe box forever.

I did leave the tails on while cooking but cut them off before serving. This is a really rich cream sauce and reminded my a bit of a take on bernaise. Loved it.

I left the tails on per the reviewer and cut them off before serving. Didn't have parsley and used fresh chopped chives over sauce. Sauce is awesome and rich. A great take and cheaper than a bernaise.

Tails give the sauce flavor, and make the shrimp easier to handle on the plate. They are actually edible as well.
