I haven't made this yet, but it sounds good. Only two of us here so I'll cut the recipe in half. I'll comment after we have it.

My husband hates tuna (I can live on it!!) He would rather have a colonoscopy than eat tuna. I think I would try left over rotisserie chicken and not the canned. The canned chicken is gross. Maybe use one can cheese soup and one chicken soup if the cheese soup isn't to your liking? I think I just remade the whole casserole!!!!

Cook pasta al dente, then mix all ingredients (except chips) pour in a casserole dish. Top with French fried onion rings (like Durkees or French's) Bake @350 F for about 12 to 15 minutes-until onions on top are crispy. For an alternative to the cheese soup, maybe try a reduced sodium cream of chicken soup. Thanks I hope I helped.

When my children were small, they loved Tuna Casserole. My daughter as she got older and started cooking some, made what she called "stove top tuna casserole". She used a box of Mac & Cheese (cooked to package directions except she left out butter), added drained tuna and drained peas and carrots. I will have to say, she did good. It was quite tasty. I'm am going to try this recipe, but I think I might try Chicken in it also.

Could you use canned chicken instead of the tuna?

This dish was very, very salty! Also I've noticed that many of your readers keep asking for the nutritional values of your recipes...why do you not include them?

I think everyone can get their own nutritional values for each dish by reading your containers or research on internet. I don't think volunteering recipes requires this type of information. just my opinion, or you can use all low fat ingredients.

As a "step-up" variation on this, try substituting crushed corn chips or Ritz crackers. Both make a sensational flavor enhancement.

I love some of your recipes, but I wish the nutritional values were included. Being diabetic and having to count carbs make it difficult without this information. Thanks.
