What You'll Need
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

Yes the candy bar cheesecake could be made into mini cheesecakes, however, we have not tested it that way, so we dont know the cooking time.

Question: Will 8 Funsize bars of Snickers candy bars yield enought candy as directed for the Candy Bar Cheesecake? My husband wants some of the candy. I'm hoping there will be enough in the bag to share and prepare this dessert. Thanks for your input.

Yes, 8 funsize bars should be plenty. It won't affect the result of the recipe. Enjoy!

Hallelujah - a cheesecake that can be made in something other than a springform pan which is used once or twice a year at most!! Cheesecake is always luscious, but I gave this 5 stars simply because I've been wanting to try baking a cheesecake in a regular pan. Thanks for having the nerve to risk it and share it with us, Mr. Food - and all the Ms. Foods who help you :)
