I would really like to know what the real trick to making a daiquiri or any frozen drink for that matter. I always end up with chunks or chips of ice. Can anybody share any thoughts on that?

This strawberry daiquiri could easily become any other fruit daiquiri by switching out the fruit. The kids could enjoy a virgin version on those really hot summer days. Adding a little extra fruit to the diet is good.

Raspberry Cream Danish
Thanks to shortcuts like frozen puff pastry, we're able to make jaw-dropping pastries like our Raspberry Cream Danish. These are filled with a homemade cream cheese filling, which makes them extra-special. A raspberry in the center and a sprinkle of powdered sugar are the finishing touches to this bakery-style treat.
