Crispy Praline Cookies

Munch on these crunchy cookies for a sweet treat that will make your mouth water just thinking about them.
What You'll Need
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
What to Do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl, blending well. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 13 to 15 minutes. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute; remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Let the butter sit at room temperature for several hours, or to soften it in the microwave at HIGH for 10 to 20 seconds (do not melt).

These are very good. I added a drizzle make from powdered sugar and heavy cream. Made them more attractive and tasty.
