Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Don't slice and bake when you can stir, roll, and press just as easily! These homemade cookies will be the hands-down winner with your family!

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.
     
  2. Roll cookie dough into 3/4-inch balls, and place on lightly greased baking sheets. Lightly press cookies with a fork.
     
  3. Bake 10 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes on baking sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

I guess you don't use any Flour for these cookies.....

Nope...there are several peanut butter cookie recipes like this. they are very delicate.
