Turkey Macaroni Salad

Any extras you add in will make this a picnic or potluck favorite that's just a little more special. Make enough for seconds!
What You'll Need
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 4 cups cooked turkey chunks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook macaroni just until tender; drain, cool, and place in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
If making this in advance, you may need to add extra mayonnaise before serving. For a different taste treat you may want to add 1/2 teaspoon celery seed, or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed or basil.
