Try clicking on PAGE when the print box comes up, OR right click on recipe and select " print preview" and select the pages you want to print. I print page 1, then replace the page in the printer to print on the other side if I need it.

I've tried this recipe and the eggs were good. I added sweet relish the next time and it really added a lot of taste. Instead of red pepper, I used paprika to garnish.

I tried these, and instead of the red pepper, I added a small can of deviled ham. I made a dozen egs,and doubled the ingredients, and they were a huge hit with everyone.

Process 1/4 onion, add to mixture. Good, hot Hungarian Paprika, or cayenne pepper is a great top garnish too

Herb Crusted Lamb with Mint Sauce
Instead of cooking ham or prime rib for Easter, why not try something new this year? Our Herb-Crusted Lamb with Mint Sauce may look and sound fancy, but it's really easy to do. It's basically a rack of lamb that's coated with herbs and spices before it's roasted to perfection. Just before serving, it's finished off with a mint-wine reduction. The end result is an Easter-worthy main dish that'll impress everyone at the table.
