What You'll Need
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, milk, and mayonnaise; mix well. Spoon evenly into a microwave-safe 12-cup muffin pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter and paprika; mix well then brush over the dumpling batter.
- Microwave at 70% power for 8 minutes, or until cooked through.
