Leave a coThere was no mention on the recipe of the refirgerator oatmeals of heating? Tried the carrot cake one, heating for 35 seconds. Made 1/2 recipe, and was WAY too spicy.

Hi there! This recipe is meant to be served cold. The oats will soften overnight while soaking. Enjoy!

I don't see anything about heating this up. Are you supposed to eat it cold??

I have made several overnight oat recipes. I usually eat them cold but you could warm them up if you like.

Hi there! Yes, this recipe is meant to be served cold. Enjoy!
