Strawberry Acai Bowls

If your new years resolution is to eat better, then this recipe is just for you. And with Florida Strawberries at the peak of season right now through the end of April, there is no better time to whip up a batch and get ready for a new you just in time for a new you. And just like all our recipes, please feel free to tweak them by adding or changing up the toppings.
What You'll Need
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 cups fresh Florida strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut in half
- 1 banana, cut in half
- 1 (100-gram) packet frozen acai puree
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Assorted toppings (granola, coconut, fresh fruit, nuts, chia seeds)
What to Do
- In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, strawberries, banana, the acai, and ice. Blend on medium speed, stirring occasionally, until smooth and creamy.
- Divide strawberry-acai mixture into bowls and top with assorted toppings. Serve immediately.
