Taco Salad Pie

Spoiler Alert: This Taco Salad Pie will bring great satisfaction and may need to be followed by a siesta. Eat at your own risk!
What You'll Need
- 2 (10 -ounce) cans no-bean chili
- 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 3 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
What to Do

In a medium saucepan, combine chili, refried beans, and taco seasoning mix over medium heat, stirring until well mixed and heated through.

Place crushed tortilla chips in a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Spoon chili mixture over crushed tortilla chips and top with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can add additional toppings such as sliced jalapeño peppers, black olives, chopped green chilies, diced avocado, or chopped scallions.
