Chocolate Maple Syrup

We all love maple syrup, and we all love chocolate. Never thought of putting them together? Now's the time!

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

What to Do

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the syrup and chocolate chips over low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are completely melted. Serve warm over pancakes, French toast, or waffles
    .
    Makes about 1 cup.

Notes

This does the trick to make frozen waffles seem homemade special.
