Wanna raise some eyebrows? Well, this anything-you-want-to-add-to-it pasta dish may be just the ticket!

What You'll Need

  • 1 pound macaroni (any type)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

What to Do

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook macaroni until tender; drain and put into a large bowl.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, the olive oil, tomatoes, salt, and pepper; toss to mix.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining cheese over top, and serve immediately.

Fresh, red ripe tomatoes may be substituted for canned. To change the taste, add strips of peppers or cheese, sliced pepperoni, or chopped olives. Do your own thing!

Sooo good and easy. Everyone loved it. I used 4 cheese fresh packaged Kraft Italian cheese and canned tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic. I did not drain them. I also used the whole 8 oz. pkg/ of cheese.
