Turn deli meat and cheese favorites into a hot and melty Italian-style stromboli in no time. Our Marketplace Stromboli delivers great taste using ingredients right from the supermarket.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
  • 8 slices Genoa or hard salami
  • 6 slices deli-style ham
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll pizza dough onto a flat surface. Layer with salami, ham, and mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Starting with the end of the dough, roll up jellyroll-style and place on prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray stromboli with cooking spray then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Let cool 5 minutes then slice and serve with your favorite marinara sauce.

I made this I used provolone cheese. Super easy, delicious!!!

This tastes just like one of those pricy Italian subs I like to get for takeout! It's so easy that even my six year old son can make it, and he really likes the pizza flavors. If you are using deli ham, it helps to blot some of the excess moisture with paper towel so that it doesn't sog up the crust.

Love how this could double as either a dinner recipe or an appetizer!

This was really easy and the whole family loved it!

This was awesome! Only thing I did different was instead of cooking spray I olive oiled it..or I guess a easier version would be olive oil spray:)

Do you roll out the dough to a certain size? Which end do you start to roll long side or short side? Some recipes are a little confusing.
