  • 1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

What to Do

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat.

  2. Bring to a boil; boil for a few minutes, until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Any leftover sauce that hasn’t come in contact with raw foods should be allowed to cool before covering and storing in the refrigerator.

Excellent sweet taste i also added 2 cups ketchup to the sauce when i cooked it

Used only 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Brushed sauce on ribs during last few minutes. Brushed on ribs grilled 2 minutes, flipped ribs then brushed on other side and grilled for another two minutes. Wonderful sweet, sticky, tasty ribs!
