Greek-style yogurt is thicker and creamier than traditional yogurt, and is the perfect choice for our fresh tasting homemade Cucumber Yogurt Sauce. Yes, this is the same tasty yogurt sauce you'd find in a Greek restaurant, minus the restaurant tab.

What You'll Need

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What to Do

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes about 1 cup
