Fresh Strawberry Sauce

Our Fresh Strawberry Sauce is perfect on pancakes, on desserts, and even as a salad dressing! All it takes are a few sweet ingredients and a blender before you'll be off to strawberry heaven!

What You'll Need

3 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and halved
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

What to Do

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour into a small bowl, cover, and chill thoroughly before serving.

Makes about 2 cups.
