What You'll Need
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons pickle relish, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
This will last for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator if covered tightly - so go ahead and make a double batch!
