Poultry Marinade

This Poultry Marinade is perfect for chicken or turkey breasts or chicken pieces.

What You'll Need

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chicken flavored instant bouillon
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme leaves

What to Do

Mix together all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 2/3 cup

Notes

Marinate in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 hour, turning occasionally, then cook as desired.
