What You'll Need

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

What to Do

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Rub over 2 pounds of the meat of your choice and grill to desired doneness.
