Spicy Apricot Fruit Dressing

What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
What to Do
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
Serve this over fresh-cut fruit like cantaloupe, honeydew, red and green grapes, fresh berries, or your other fruit and veggie favorites.
